Always great service. Friendly staff. Warm waiting room with TV, free coffee and an arcade game to relive my youth in the 80s. Just wish the WOF took longer...I was so close to getting the high score in Donkey Kong 😉

I got the gold service done, and recently, I had some troubles with my car on my way elsewhere. I was around this show and had to come as my steering was wobbly. The was who assisted me and was at the reception was telling me why it was wobbly instead of helping to sort out or offer to check it.

I won't expect this kind of customer service specially I was a new customer got the gold service done smd was planning to only get my car done by them but now I am gonna have seriously think about it specially if someone in a need like this you won't do anything. It was quite bad this is why I ended up coming without booking hoping they would atleadt check but instead he was wasting in talking about irrelevant stuffs for that time.
Update- went to get my wobbly steering sorted and learned that my front wheels were not aligned and it was never raised to me or dealt with at AA, I am never getting any service done here again. I am a aa member and hv vehicle insurance with them and this is how they treat thier customers.

Excellent service - booking system easy to use and was able to easily change through text system. Jared gave excellent update on progress of the service: very polite and professional. Shaun was great too when picking vehicle up - went through the service item by item, gave good explanation for work. Highly recommend AA Auto Centre - professional, friendly and excellent vehicle servicing.

I booked my Fuga in for a warrant of fitness at the AA & was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness & the time it took them. Unlike previous experiences at VTNZ. Well done AA & thank you for your service & the waiting area is great plus child friendly. Tim Pain.
