Excellent customer service, I was here today with my old car, all the the staff (sorry I didn't get your names) I came into contact with were that perfect mix of being both professional as well as approachable. They helped me problem solve which jobs to tackle first and we made a plan for other jobs to be done in the near future, as funds allow. I had my car battery replaced today and they also reset my clock and set my radio up with some stations, which was really thoughtful. Much appreciated. I hope you all enjoyed the Tim Tams as a thank you for the great customer service.

Sam and Gene are both highly knowledgeable and always willing to share their expertise, ensuring that customers feel well-informed and supported. Big shout out to Sam! He has consistently looked after me over the years with my two mercs, and I have confidently recommended their tyres and services to friends, knowing they will receive the same reliable and genuine care with the best pricing.

The team at Bridgestone were absolutely amazing! We had a family emergency, and they went out of their way to get our car ready in time. Hands down the best service experience I’ve ever had. I honestly wish I lived in Dunedin so I could go to them for everything Sam and the boys are a real asset to the city. I’d highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much, team! 🙌

best possible experience, fitted us in same day got us back on the road same day, named a quote and stuck to it pretty much spot on, fair price as well as far as im concerned 5/5 nice staff aswell
