Highly recommend Complete Auto Repairs after years dealing with a dealership servicing our vehicle. They are super efficient and the vehicle was booked in the next day, really professional and provide such good advice reflecting on the appropriate service window for the vehicle. The CVT was neglected by the pervious service company. All very approachable and offered good advice. The final bill came in less than the estimate given over the phone, so the honesty is very much appreciated, as well as the transparency and details provided on the invoice.

I chose this place based on their Google rating and they didn't disappoint.
I dropped my 4x4 in at 10am. Said I needed it back by midday. Rang them at 12pm, it was ready to be picked up.
Did exactly what was needed and gave me a heads up on a couple of things for a future WOF.
All the staff were friendly and helpful and chatty, that's a real bonus for an Aucklander 😊

I rang to see about getting help with putting in a seat belt which I'd found was beyond me and the response I got really shocked me. The guy, Mike said he ' didn't want to have to mess around with something someone else has had a go at!' And some other negative stuff. I don't think he'd have spoken to me like that if I'd been a bloke. I understand where he was coming from but he didn't need to be so rude about it. And I've always thought mechanics were supposed to be problem solvers. I'm very unimpressed and my family won't be taking our cars there anymore.
