Very homely feeling in this place. Staff treated us well with lovely manners. Very happy with my lunch today.

As a rule I don't eat at the same restaurant twice when travelling but I broke the rule here. Both meals were amazing but I have a particular love for the fried chicken burgers. The accompanying coffee was top notch...in fact it inspired me to take a photo because among the long list of reasons to visit NZ...they do coffee really well!

Extremely disappointing. Paid just under $40 for two chicken rolls, a sausage rolls and 3 slices. Would have been okay if the food was really good, but it wasn't. The rolls were hard, the chicken a bare sliver. The sausage rolls was decided average.
CC used to be a treat prior to it's rebuild - I used to go there all the time. I won't be going back again, I'm really disgusted.

I tried out this newly-opened store last week for the first time. The ladies taking my order didn't notice me standing there for quite a while (even though they were right there!), but when they did, they were nice. Not sure what the t-shirt uniform was meant to be about, but it was a little inappropriate for the predominantly elderly demographic of visitors.
The store was clean (especially the big window - spotless!), but the tables were a bit too close together for the small space. The small space also meant it was very loud with only about 10 visitors.
My iced coffee was great, but the breakfast croissant was quite strange. The plate had a ring of balsamic vinegar around it, which ruined the taste of the croissant a bit. And the cream cheese was too thick.
Conveniently placed near New World, but I'm not sure if I would return.
