I had my front subframe rear bushes replaced by GC Auto, and I was really happy with the service. They completed the work in less time than they had originally estimated, which was a pleasant surprise. They were also one of the few workshops willing to take on this particular repair, and their pricing was very reasonable for the amount and complexity of the work involved. The customer service was excellent throughout. The person I dealt with was friendly, approachable, and professional, and kept me informed about the work being done. I later took my car back for its WOF reinspection, and it passed without any issues. As someone who isn't mechanically minded, that gave me confidence that the repair had been carried out properly. Overall, I'd definitely recommend GC Auto for their efficient service, fair pricing, quality workmanship, and great customer care.

Extremely rude, disrespectful and dismissive staff. Went in to hand in a key for the tow place within the building and the worker told me he simply did not care because he wasn’t the person I was looking for. Would not recommend if you want to be treated with simply human decency and respect.

I have always had outstanding service from GC Autos. Brendan goes out of his way to deliver great service, and solutions every time, on time and always competitively priced. He communicates really well, and nothing is ever a problem. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

A friend recommended this place to me. After I dropped my car off, Brendan rang me to tell me what was wrong, I didn't have to chase him up. He gave me time to make a decision and offered flexibility-which is great for a student. All the work was done very quickly, will definitely go back
