I took booked my Ute in for an exhaust repair and ball joint replacement. I then threw in a last minute job of tightening my hand break. I took the Ute in the day before, they were kind enough to lock it in the workshop overnight night. The job was done well with in my timeframe, they charged what they quoted which was very fair. I don’t know what else they did but when I left the Ute felt brand new. Great service, very trustworthy and I really recommend these guys. I was very happy with their service! Much appreciated!

Audi S3 muffler delete work 10/10
I popped in on a Monday to have my rear box deleted, end result was loud as i expected but too drony, not nice at all. Malcom the man did his magic and swapped out the resonator for a slightly bigger one and eliminated all the drone! It sounds nice and raspy and exactly what i was after. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the price was justified accordingly. Cost me 430$, which is worth it because the work done is done well and genuine, including the tips, labour and resonator. These guys know what theyre doing:)

Highly recommended for anyone looking at an exhaust upgrade.
I brought my car in to get a custom cat-back exhaust fabricated - the team at Magoo Auto were really approachable and knowledgeable (especially in the Subaru department, so to my fellow Subie drivers, this is the place to go!).
The finished product is very high quality (both in terms of component choice and workmanship) and the final price came out significantly cheaper than if I had gone with an off-the-shelf exhaust system.
Will definitely be going back for any future exhaust work.

We originally used our cars brand dealership for servicing, but we got sick of poor service and very expensive invoices, so we took a friend’s recommendation to try Magoo Auto Dunedin. Magoo have helped us with all sorts of things over the years and it seems nothing is too much to ask. The service from Malcolm is always cheerful, constructive and prompt, they’re highly capable mechanics who can tackle all sorts of work, the work done is always solid with no rework required, you never get those “questionable inclusions” you seem to get invoiced for at other outfits, his prices really are great and perhaps the best part is that it’s always a pleasure to go there.
