Excellent and friendly service, very reasonable pricing, great communication, simple and easy online booking. I can recommend Pit Stop Dunedin without any reservations. I had a WOF done plus full service. Cannot be happier.
Excellent Customer Service at reception and from workshop, Reception was able to change online booking date for me as I put in wrong date for car service. Website easy to negotiate and book different services. My Car was fixed in one day, problems fixed, brakes repaired and full service done, mechanic explained everything to me clearly and thecost reasonable for the work done. Highly recommend Pitstop Services.
These guys were awesome. Came in for WOF repairs, and the cost came in less than expected. When I came to collect my car, they had taken it next door for the WOF recheck and I was ready to go. That saved me an extra trip into town for the recheck. Great team, helpful and friendly staff, quick and easy process. They also have afterpay, and I believe they have other pay later options available. Super handy for unexpected repairs. Cheers team, can’t recommend enough. 10/10 :)
Had a disappointing and regrettable experience. Respectfully the service terrible, went to ask for WOF but ended up fixing the issue of failing it without asking or telling us the problem first. I’m a student who only rely on student allowance. What if I don’t have money on that day what should I do, right? Then, another problem came up that causing the indicators won’t work after replacing something on, so we use the car for 2 days without proper indicators work. This issue sorted out, after getting the car went home, I don’t know why the battery drained this might be from something else but we going to check it to different mechanics. To better improve the service, please communicate to your customers first I know you’re doing your job and had to make decisions but you also need to consider other people’s approval to their own car.
In the last two weeks I have things happen with my car, and although pitstop dunedin bookings are done in advance, they understood my need and worked on my car either on that day, or the following day. I can not fault them, and the team are fantastic from the time you get there. Justine at reception, is awesome!.
