Cory the owner is a LEGEND had my combo switch car part for my 73 Mazda RX2 & fixed my original one also extremely quick turnaround. He has so much more parts, So I highly recommend anyone with a classic ROTARY vehicle to purchase off him. Staff also are all TOP blokes such as Chris & i will always go back to them in the future, was so happy dealing with them. Thank you guys😁👍

Cory and the crew at Retro Automotive are honestly the best mechanics I’ve dealt with. I took my old Mazda in for an engine rebuild, and ended up getting a bit carried away in my requests to get the car looking as tidy and original as we could. Quickly turning into me handing Cory never-ending lists of extra's i wanted to complete. Every time I’ve been back, the experience has been nothing but smooth. There’s never been an issue, just solid communication, fair advice, and seriously top-quality work. The attention to detail is unreal, and you can tell they really care about doing things right—not just rushing it through. On top of that, Cory’s just a genuine legend. Super helpful, easy to talk to, and always makes time to explain things properly. It’s rare to find a mechanic that ticks every box, but these guys absolutely do. Can’t recommend them highly enough—if you’ve got a car you care about, take it to Retro. You won’t regret it.
Went in for pre purchase inspection for a car that i was gonna buy there checks said it was all good so i went ahead and brought it turns out it had a cracked head and needed a steering rack rebuild costing me around the price of the car. Mistakes happen or whatever but when i tried contacting them they were horrible at replying and at communication i made 5 emails to them whihc they didnt reply to. I called twice and they made promises that werent kept as soon as i hung up the phone mta said something fishy was going on with this shop. Do not go here and dont listen to any bullshit respone they reply to here
