Very tasty light meals, ideal for a quick lunch. Helpful service. We shared a beef and mushroom pie, plus a pork flatbread with a slightly spicy sauce. Both delicious.

One of the best cafes I have had the pleasure to visit. On a brief visit to Dunedin I was looking for a place with good coffee and food, and this place hit the spot perfectly. The coffee was EXACTLY as I ordered it, and delicious! The food was next level-the best falafel I have ever tasted, and the cauliflower ganoush was sooo good. Excellent service too. Thoroughly recommend!!

Beautiful little place, good ambiant music but not too loud. Good food and coffee, I had the French toast which were delicious. Has wifi to work which is always a bonus!

Just called in for coffees, which were so good. However, the food looks great! Super friendly staff. Great atmosphere.

The atmosphere is actually quite nice and the place is well-decorated—they are definitely going for a "hip" vibe. However, the experience didn't live up to the look.
I lived in Italy for several years, so I have a deep appreciation for espresso. I don't mean to sound pretentious, but the espresso here was extremely acidic and sour. The filter coffee was also disappointing; it lacked body and tasted more like tea than coffee.
The food was a letdown as well. The cheesecake was way too soft and runny in the center and had a strange taste.
On top of that, the prices are comparatively high. Given the quality of what was served, it just didn't feel worth it.
