Guys… I’m serious. This place is BANGING. Food is great. chips are UNREAL the seasoning is actually so good it’s crazy please could I have the recipe… atmosphere is gorg, rustic, classic cafe ambience in a comforting, homely fashion. The lighting is also beautiful. Many textures and materials that just work so well. Love this place absolutely gorgeous. And Emerson bookbinder… how could it get better?

Friendly staff and great service!
The food is delish! We ordered “Works” and Breakfast stack with Home-smoked salmon. It was really well-portioned too! Will try their pizzas next time! 🤭

Had such a nice experience today. We sat upstairs and it was a lovely atmosphere, the food was delicious and quick. The staff was so nice, and it was great to be served by a fellow Aussie on our trip, she gave us a good laugh!!

Great atmosphere. Great coffee. Should have got a second be as suggested by the waitress. Great food. Definitely a return visit next time I’m in Dunedin. Also, the stairs! Amazing construction.

I had the stacked poached eggs with roasted tomato's and mushrooms. Dee-double-licious, as my mother would say. Decaf cappuccino, also d-double. I can readily recommend this place. The whole place is artsy. The upstairs comfy and well lit.
